An informational service

Rent Car Marbella is an independent information and comparison website about car rental on the Costa del Sol. We are not a rental company. The rental contract for any vehicle is always concluded between you and the rental partner, on that partner's terms.

Prices

All prices displayed on this site are non-binding from-estimates, based on typical rates for each vehicle class and season. The final price, including insurance options, deposit and extras, is set by the rental partner and confirmed to you before you commit to anything.

Booking requests

Submitting a form on this site sends a booking request, not a completed booking. A rental only becomes binding once a partner confirms availability and price to you, normally by email. Until then you are free to withdraw your request at any time and owe nothing.

Content provided as-is

Guides, route descriptions and practical tips are provided in good faith and as-is. Road conditions, regulations, opening hours and prices change; verify anything critical before relying on it.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for decisions taken on the basis of the information on this site or for the services provided by rental partners. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer in the EU, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence and EU consumer law remain unaffected.
